Frequently asked questions

Search your route and dates, choose a fare, add seats or extra bags if you like, then enter every traveller's details and confirm. Once payment succeeds the booking is issued and you get a booking reference.

Customers pay online by debit or credit card through Tap Payments' secure checkout. Your card details are entered on the payment page and are never stored by FlyBuraq. Registered travel agencies can pay from their agency wallet.

Fares and hotel rates are priced and charged in US dollars (USD). Other currencies shown in the app are approximate conversions for display only.

Your booking reference is shown as soon as the booking is confirmed and is sent to the email address you entered. If you were signed in, the booking also appears under My bookings in your account.

Contact FlyBuraq support with your booking reference by WhatsApp, phone or email. Whether a refund or change is possible, and any fees, depend on the airline's fare rules or the hotel's cancellation policy shown before you booked.

The baggage included with each fare is shown on the fare details. Where the airline sells extra bags you can add them on the seats & bags step; on some fares FlyBuraq offers extra baggage by the kilo.

Enter each name in English (Latin) letters exactly as it appears in the passport. Names can't usually be changed after the ticket is issued. You can save travellers in your account to book faster next time.

Enter the code at checkout. The discount is applied to the amount you pay and is shown before you confirm. Each code has its own conditions, such as minimum spend, dates or first booking only.

The room price is re-confirmed with the hotel just before you book; that confirmed price is what you pay. The cancellation policy for the room is shown before you confirm.

In the app open Account, then Delete account, and confirm with your password. Your login and saved details are removed; booking records are kept for accounting and legal reasons.
