Delete your FlyBuraq account
This page is for the account you use on the FlyBuraq website and the FlyBuraq app for Android and iOS, operated by FlyBuraq (flyburaq.net).
How to delete your account
- In the app: open Account → Delete account, enter your password and confirm.
- On the website: sign in, come back to this page, enter your password and confirm.
- Can't sign in? Email support@flyburaq.net from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify it's you and delete the account within 30 days.
Deleted immediately
- Your name, email address, phone number and password
- Your sign-in on every device, including the app
- Your saved preferences
Kept, as required by law
- Records of bookings you made (reference, travellers, amounts, payment status) — needed for accounting, tax and our obligations to airlines, hotels and the payment provider.
- They are no longer linked to an account and are deleted once the legal retention period ends.
Your existing bookings stay valid after you delete your account — keep your booking references.
