This apartment complex is located on an inviting sandy beach in Larnaca. Links to the transport network can easily be reached on foot, lying about 300 m away. The centre, offering a range of entertainment and shopping facilities can be reached within a 10-minute car journey and transfer time to the International Airport takes around 20 minutes. The apartment complex comprises a total of 43 apartments spread over 4 floors. This air-conditioned complex comprises a lobby area with reception (24 hours), a hotel safe, a lift, a TV area and a small supermarket. Cars can be parked on the car park or in the garage. A laundry service rounds off the facilities on offer. The functionally designed studios come with a combined lounge/bedroom, en suite bathroom, direct dial telephone, radio, kitchenette, minibar/fridge, air conditioning, central heating and a hire safe. The apartments (36-49 m²) are similarly equipped but come with one or two separate bedrooms. Rooms with disabled access are also available. In the outdoor complex is a freshwater swimming pool as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use. Various watersports (for example pedalo and canoe hire) are available at an extra charge from external businesses.
