About this hotel

- All guests are required to present an original and valid passport, visa/Resident Card, or Vietnamese ID card upon check-in. - Resort check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. - Pets are not permitted on the resort premises. Outside food and beverages are not allowed within the resort. - Additional guests will be subject to extra charges in accordance with the resort’s policies. - Please be informed the surcharge for kids could be collected upon check in, depending on payment methods guest chose on booking website. Surcharges will be as below: * Children 0-3 years old stay for free if using existing bed. * Children 4-11 years old will be charged $8++ /pax/day for breakfast if using existing beds. * Children 12 years old and over will be charged $45++ per pax per day for staying and breakfast. - An extra bed if requested is charged at $30++ per bed per day.
