About this hotel
The Dream Inn, Santa Cruz's only beachfront hotel, offers stunning Monterey Bay views from each of its 165 deluxe guest rooms and suites. Located downtown, just steps from the iconic Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and vibrant shopping district, this upscale hotel seamlessly blends retro-chic styling with the city's eclectic, laid-back vibe. Renovated in 2008, the hotel boasts a beachfront pool deck, hot tub, and Aquarius, Santa Cruz's sole oceanfront restaurant specializing in sustainable, locally-sourced seafood. The Jack O'Neill Lounge adds a playful touch with a menu inspired by the local legend and marine advocate. With three event spaces accommodating up to 250 guests, the Dream Inn is also ideal for weddings, meetings, and special events.
