Located 15 minutes from the Verkor innovation site (Bourbourg), 20-25 minutes from the beaches of Calais, Cap Blanc-Nez, Wissant, Ambleteuse, and Wimereux. 8 minutes from the A26 / 13 minutes from the A16. Our villa is constantly bathed in light: it overlooks the village of Ardres thanks to its incredible location on the historic 16th-century village ramparts. Finally, on the ground floor the basement/garage has been transformed into a games room with a ping-pong table, table football and darts.
